The Application of Web 2.0 Technologies for HR Training in Financial and Tax Sphere

Abstract. The opportunities of the Internet of the second generation in the education area are enormous, but they are insufficiently understood and modern technologies are frequently used in the educational process spontaneously at the discretion of the teacher. It is necessary to adopt a comprehensive approach to unlock the vast potential of the global network but, in the first place – to understand the nature and forms of manifestation of Web 2.0 phenomenon. To address the problem, the authors developed a model, which was used in a structural etymological analysis of the desirable term, and proposed definitions. In the area of human resources training for financial and tax spheres the authors have identified the tasks and the ways to perform them. Technological, social and didactic characteristics of Web 2.0 are briefly discussed. The main social services are considered. Specialized resources of general purpose, online accounting and professional electronic services are characterized. The paper presents the modern systems of online learning and widely known massive open online courses and shows the prospects and possibilities of their application, giving specific examples taken from educational practices. The article provides conclusions and proposals for dealing with underdevelopment and achieving international standards in the fields of educational technologies, training and re­training of creative human resources for financial and tax sphere.
