Methodological Aspects of Measuring Internal Effectiveness of a Transaction in the Stock Market

Abstract. The article discusses the fundamentals of the method for measuring internal effectiveness of securities transactions. This method is based on the analysis of the transaction process, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of available methods for assessing transaction effectiveness. The methods for measuring the internal effectiveness of a deal are compared through examining the graphs of price movements in the stock assets. The application of the general method and the one proposed by the author is demonstrated using the case of one transaction. The method discussed in the paper showed greater sensibility and flexibility.
