Procurement Quality Management at an Enterprise

Abstract. The data on procurements organization at the enterprise are organized according to the following criteria: objectives, tasks and functions of the procurement department, as well as their implementation using the case of a specified company. Satisfaction of the company’s departments with the results of procurements is evaluated. Corrective and preventative measures to eliminate the causes of discrepancies and raise the quality of supply are proposed. To optimise the system of warehouse logistics at an enterprise, the author developed a matrix of responsibility.
