Technological Management in the Conditions of Scientific-Technological Revolutions of the XXIst Century

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the issues of technological development management under the conditions of a series of industrial revolutions of the XXIst century. The special features of the modern stage of technological development are considered; the authors put forward their propositions on forming approaches, a concept and a scientific paradigm of technological management based on cluster hybridization and other managerial innovations. The most important recommendations encompass the following: reengineering of production systems; transition to interdisciplinarity in science and education; integration of natural science and the humanities, and creation of an effective infrastructure of scientific research. The authors specify that the economic theory lags behind the changes in the sphere of material production and social consciousness of individuals, communities and human society as a whole.
