Social Mechanisms to Enhance Individual Effectiveness

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the scientific problem of searching the ways to control personal labour effectiveness of employees in a labour group. It discusses the crisis in the use of the existing instrumental approaches to the improvement of effectiveness of the modern labour process. Aspects of motivation of an individual to manage personal effectiveness are characterized. Correlation between individual results and group performance is evaluated. The author developed a motivational matrix, in which an individual formulates his/her own path of life. Affecting the matrix makes it possible to influence individual performance of a worker. Based on the analysis, the directions of reforming the existing approaches to organisational management in labour groups are indicated.
