Abstract:

The article is devoted to the study of entrepreneurial culture as a key element of entrepreneurial ecosystem and considers the factors behind its development. The authors’ particular focus is on young people who constitute a social group with special values and differ in terms of entrepreneurial activity from other groups of people. The authors determined the approaches to the concept “entrepreneurship” characterizing its complex nature and specified boundaries of youth entrepreneurship. The need for applying a sociocultural approach to entrepreneurship along with an economic one is proved. On the basis of systematization of the existing approaches, the essence of the entrepreneurial culture is revealed and the levels of its realization are formulated. Having examined the scientific literature, the authors propose a classification of the factors influencing the formation and development of entrepreneurial culture of youth.
