Responsibility to Consumers – the Priority of the Socially Responsible Business

Abstract: In the article the issues of social responsibility of business are considered. In the author’s view, the responsibility to consumers is the priority theme which implies manufacturing qualitative and safe products. The paper deals with main problems associated with consumers and proposes directions to increase the responsibility to them.
