Abstract: The article deals with the specifics of agricultural policy formation under the WTO Agreement on Agriculture in three main aspects: market access, domestic support, and export subsidies. There is analyzed the US, EU and Japan experience of complying with AA WTO commitments in the aspect of domestic support reduction. The key Doha round proposals on agricultural support are distinguished including modalities.
