Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Policies on Consumer Decisions

Abstract: Changes in social­economic situation worldwide trigged the changes in consumer behaviour with consumers paying even greater attention to both goods/services and company activities. To retain competitiveness the companies need to develop policies and strategies focused on adaptation to the new market conditions and satisfaction of all stakeholders’ demands. In the article the author analyzes changes in consumer behaviour, their impact on the organization’s activity and policy.
