Abstract: The article considers the problem of receivables risk management in a commercial organization. It presents the algorithm for creating and maintaining the system of effective receivables risk management which includes three organizational­methodological components – complex approach to the analysis of receivables, methods to form company credit policy, and methodological guidelines to choose the method of the receivables collection.
