Abstract: The article is devoted to the development of the model of resource planning. The analysis of strategic planning models is conducted. Mathematical apparatus of fuzzy sets is suggested as a basic model to assess resource potential of business units. The basis of the fuzzy classification is based on trapeziform functions of a fuzzy set.
