Applying the Outplacement Program to Release Staff in Organizations

Abstract: The paper views the outplacement program as a set of measures aimed at smoothing the negative effects of layoff, which includes psychological support and counselling dismissed employees, helping them to find further employment. It also reveals the stages of outplacement, identifies the beneficial aspects of using the program in organizations.
