Social Orientation as a Component of a Leader’s Managerial Competence

Abstract: The article is dedicated to the analysis of the social component of a leader’s managerial competence. It considers competence clusters that maintain the successful managerial activity. The importance of social orientation in the managerial competence is proved, a leader’s personal orientations and directions of a management type are justified.
