In the paper the analysis of selfregulatory organizations in the RF is conducted; the advantages and disadvantages of selfregulation (mandatory, voluntary and delegated) compared to government intervention in the economy for the market players and consumers are indicated. The authors identify and justify the necessity to create incentives to establish voluntary selfregulatory organizations in the RF.
