Problems of Development of Voluntary Self-Regulatory Activity in the Russian Federation

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of development of voluntary self­regulatory activity in the RF. In the paper the analysis of self­regulatory organizations in the RF is conducted; the advantages and disadvantages of self­regulation (mandatory, voluntary and delegated) compared to government intervention in the economy for the market players and consumers are indicated. The authors identify and justify the necessity to create incentives to establish voluntary self­regulatory organizations in the RF.
