Abstract: The paper explores the issues of the trade unions’ personnel policy towards youth in Belgorod oblast. On the basis of the data obtained during the opinion poll of experts and young leaders of trade unions the article proves that the potential of young members of trade unions is not unlocked, because they demonstrate low level of reflection and overestimate contemporary state of the trade unions’ personnel policy what results in further ineffective solutions.
