Creative Management as a Factor in Economic Development

Abstract: Creative management is defined as an interrelated system of creative techniques, decisions and actions aimed at achieving or maintaining the optimal level of functioning and development of economy, elevating its competitiveness and efficiency. Management activities, the principles of scientific management are associated with the synergy effect created by knowledge and skills of an individual that represents a definite step forward in the transformation of the management system. One of the most important aspects is the recognition of the rational choice in the further development of the theory and practice of management.
