Abstract: The paper examines the impact of Russia’s accession to the WTO on the pipe industry development. The authors consider activity of the pipe industry and OAO TMK to overcome protective measures of the Anti­Dumping Regulations of the European Union. In the article the main results of Russia’s accession to the WTO for the pipe industry are summarized.
