Increasing Morality Level of Public and Business Structures as a Condition for Creation of High-Performance Jobs

Abstract: The article analyses how distorted morality of public and business structures influences the implementation of decent work concept in terms of creation of high­performance jobs. The authors characterize manifestations of corruption, bribery, capital outflow and their impact on implementation of new industrialization, equipment modernization and living standards of Russia’s population. The system of legislative, economic and ideologic measures to increase morality level is suggested.
