Abstract: Responsibility in the sphere of share distribution in the food market is thought of as a set of rules and regulations which encourage authorities and agribusiness representatives to focus on reducing a negative impact of the WTO’s conditions. The principle of agribusiness’s social responsibility could be implemented through reaching an international agreement that meets socioeconomic interests of the WTO member states. As a part of the agreement, share distribution means achieving optimal import quotas on agricultural products by all countries. The authors prove the share distribution theory and explain its fundamental principles.
