Diagnostics of Social Pollution of Territories due to Economic Activities of Business Organizations

Abstract: The aim of the paper is to provide the methodology and interim results of the current study that is oriented towards an in­depth examination of factors of organisational environment’s impact on physical and socio­psychological well­being of employees. The authors analyse toxic methods of HR management in an organization that exert a negative influence on employees’ well­being at work. The analysis is carried out on the basis of modern literature and empirical data obtained by the authors in the process of a sociological survey of Russian and Czech employees. Social pollution resulting from internal and external economic activity of organizations is believed to be a damage to physical and psycho­social health of human resources and society as a whole.
