Abstract: In the article the topical issues of investment planning are considered and the ways for its improvement on the basis of network models are suggested. The formation models of several processes of investment planning are demonstrated and their schemes are provided. The result of the paper is the scheme of the network model of investment planning that embraces the entire sequence of actions.
