Abstract: Modernization of the higher education system, maximization of creative potential and achievement of the competence encouraging the development of creative innovation activity are directly related to the improvement of natural sciences training. The article considers management tools of educational process for natural sciences training in non-core universities. The experience of Physics and Chemistry Department of the Ural State University of Economics in designing and applying modern effective tools such as computer-aided instruction system in analytical chemistry is described. The potential of the used instruments in improving the knowledge of natural science is discussed.
