Abstract:

The article deals with one of the topical issues in supply chain management, namely uncertainty factors and, consequently, risks in procurement logistics. The specific details of the uncertainty factor’s manifestation for industrial enterprises are noted. Factors and the space structure of uncertainty of an industrial enterprise are considered. Economic and non-economic effects of risk in decision-making are highlighted. The paper substantiates the necessity to develop the tools for taking into account risks while making decisions at the operational level of supply chain management. The authors suggest presenting the results in tabular form rather than using the decision tree method. To position the main decision makers correctly, the table identifies areas of risky, moderate and conservative solutions. The research states apparent insufficiency of the use of models based on only one indicator measuring economic consequences of the decisions made.
