Requirements to titles

The title of a paper should completely mirror its content, be short and problem-based. It should reflect the theme of a paper, but not represent itself the key idea.

It is undesirable to use abbreviations (except for generally accepted), participial constructions as well as to include the names of concrete subjects of economic activities (The Controlling Procedure at OAO “Uralmashplant” – Particularities of Controlling at Machine-Building Companies) in titles.
