Abstract:

The paper defines the essence, forms and principles of network-based cooperation and characterizes the types of integration relations of an organization: horizontal, vertical, formal, informal, and coopetition. It reveals the nature of cluster-type network-based structures, such as clusters, innovation networks, sectoral networks, “living labs” and hybrid structures. The article identifies directions for forming competitiveness of organizations in the network-based structures. Based on the analysis of groups of indicators, the authors prove the relevance of the cluster structure for the textile and clothing sector in the Republic of Belarus. We regard a «hybrid» holding company as a form of integration in the textile and clothing industry in the Republic of Belarus. With a view of building up network-based cooperation and coopetition in the cluster structure, i.e. a textile hybrid holding company, the authors establish forms of cooperation according to the key factors of competitiveness of the organization: education, innovation, and marketing. The paper justifies the measures to form network-based cooperation between companies of textile and clothing production.
