Komarova</copyright-statement></permissions><abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Для российского машиностроения критически важно сформировать долгосрочную модель развития, которая позволит обеспечить устойчивый рост и прибыльность бизнеса, реализовать приоритеты экономической политики импортозамещения и технологического суверенитета. Поиск такой модели находится в плоскости интеграции инструментов прямого государственного регулирования и современных цифровых платформенных решений, что приводит к преобразованию классического промышленного рынка в платформенный. Исследование посвящено теоретическому обоснованию и параметрической оценке потенциала формирования платформенных рынков в машиностроении России. Методологическую основу исследования составили теории двусторонних (многосторонних) рынков, отраслевой организации, дизайна рынков соответствия, развивающие современную концепцию платформенных рынков. Использовались методы динамического, статистического и отраслевого анализа. Информационной базой послужили данные о трех рынках машиностроительной продукции РФ за 2021-2023 гг. С помощью теоретического анализа систематизированы основные признаки платформенного рынка, обоснован методический подход к оценке потенциала внедрения платформенных решений, обеспечивающих преобразование промышленного рынка, в том числе его структурно-институциональных показателей. Оценка потенциала проводится на основе предложенного авторами алгоритма и расчетов его интегрального значения. Результаты апробации представлены на примере рынков машиностроительной продукции. Эмпирически доказано, что они обладают потенциалом внедрения цифровых решений и имеют платформенный тип координации. Предлагаемый методический подход не только оценивает потенциал развития платформенного рынка в подотраслях машиностроения, но и выступает инструментом формирования практических мер государственной промышленной политики, выбора и обоснования инструментов устойчивого роста промышленного производства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is critically important for mechanical engineering in Russia to design a long-term development model capable of ensuring sustainable growth and profit and implementing the priorities of the policy on import substitution and technological sovereignty. Such a model can be discovered when integrating direct government regulation tools and modern digital platform solutions, which causes the transformation of the traditional industrial market into a platform one. The article presents theoretical substantiation and parametric assessment of the potential for platform markets formation in mechanical engineering in Russia. The theoretical framework combines the theories of two-sided (multi-sided) markets, industrial organization and matching market design that promote the concept of platform markets. Dynamic, statistical and industry analysis were used as research methods. The evidence base covers data on three mechanical engineering markets in Russia for 2021-2023. Through theoretical analysis, the study systematizes key features of a platform market and justifies a methodological approach to assessing the potential for implementing platform solutions that ensure the transformation of industrial market, including its structural and institutional indicators. The potential is evaluated based on the authors' algorithm and calculations of its integral value. Testing was carried out using the case of mechanical engineering markets. They were empirically proven to have the potential for introduction of digital solutions and a platform-based type of coordination.
