The Peculiarities of the Public and Municipal Administration of Economic Systems

Abstract: The article is devoted to the topical issue of peculiarities of and differences in administration of regional and municipal economic systems, which is now studied not deeply enough. The paper demonstrates that despite the differences in municipal and regional (public) forms of ownership, there exists a number of common approaches in regional and municipal economic systems and consequently in mechanisms of their administration. This is due to their administration based on the territorial criterion of these systems’ organization.
