The Practice and Problems of Application of the Subject-to-Subject Approach in Youth Communities Management (the Case of Tyumen Oblast)

Author: Olga A. Petrushina

Abstract. The current situation in Russian society requires a whole new level of social engineering, accelerated technologisation and informatisation of social space, and creation of sociotechnological culture. The issue of technologisation of social activity is as topical as the problem of designing and introducing new technologies into production. Increased involvement of community resources, youth potential in particular, plays the key role in addressing these challenges. An effective method is to apply the subjecttosubject approach in managing the youth sphere which is implemented though social technologies. In order to employ this approach most effectively it is suggested to use it when organising work with youth communities as basic units of socialisation of a young man in the social environment. The findings of an expert survey on assessing the use of such technologies in Tyumen oblast are presented.
