Abstract:

Research on industrial enterprise productivity still largely emphasizes technological and industry-specific determinants, while the role of management intelligentisation in shaping productivity dynamics remains insufficiently conceptualized and empirically tested. The paper develops a theoretical and empirical framework for examining how the intelligent management environment affects productivity dynamics of industrial enterprises in the context of Industry 6.0. The study builds on the systemic, process, and ecosystem approaches and incorporates the conceptual logic of Industry 4.0–6.0 and management intelligentisation. We apply structural-logical analysis, comparative analysis, econometric modelling, an index-based approach, matrix typologization, and trajectory analysis. The empirical base includes financial reporting data, employment indicators, enterprise digital passport materials, and 2020–2024 industry statistics for a sample of 26 large industrial enterprises. The empirical assessment reveals a positive association between the intelligent management environment and productivity dynamics. The study identifies a nonlinear interaction between the managerial and technological dimensions interpreted as a manifestation of organizational-technological overload and proposes a matrix of strategic states and a dynamic map of enterprise development. The findings deepen the understanding of productivity drivers in industry and demonstrate that sustainable growth depends not on the isolated expansion of digital solutions, but on the coordinated development of managerial and technological contours within the enterprise.
