Abstract: In the article the authors examine the monitoring of educational services quality in the sphere of individualized education at the highest level of general education as a tool to improve the efficiency of education administration. The article draws on the results of the authors’ research on development and approbation of the monitoring methodology in schools of Perm kraj.
