Quality, Safety and Competitiveness of Meat and Meat Products in Terms of Russia’s Accession to the WTO: Non-Tariff Issues

Abstract: The problems of the meat products market in terms of Russia’s accession to the WTO are considered: product quality in the domestic market, imperfection of the control system, situation in the market of high­quality beef. The author suggests measures to increase the quality and competitiveness of meat and meat products.
