Abstract: The article gives the definition of public private partnership (PPP) from the viewpoint of stakeholder approach. The paper presents the results of empirical study held to identify the interests of business in the system of PPP relations as well as the problems and prospects of the PPP mechanism development in Sverdlovsk oblast.
