Abstract: The article is devoted to studying the role of transnational corporations and importance of foreign direct investments in development of the recipient economy. The author analyses the impact of foreign direct investments and transnational corporations (TNC) on Russia’s economic growth. Econometric models for exploring the influence of direct investments of TNCs on GDP and export dynamics in the Russian Federation are proved and tested.
