Introducing the Technology of Additional Sales in Distance Selling

Abstract: The paper looks at the stages of introducing the technology of additional sales in distance selling. The factors and criteria influencing order content sent by mail are considered. The special role of personnel training and encouragement in driving up additional sales in distance selling is emphasized.
