On Developing the System of an Enterprise’s Logistic Costs Accounting

Abstract: The article discusses the concept and the essence of logistic costs; provides comparative characteristics of existing classifications of logistic costs; analyses accounting treatment of these costs in bookkeeping and management accounting. The necessity to apply a logistics approach to cost management is underlined. Logistics fixes costs at all stages that encourage effective managerial decisions. Effective governance of the company occurs when the best ratio between costs is determined based on logistic costs management and when the organization’s profit boosts and quality of consumer services improves.
