Using the Concept of Creative Management under Economic and Political Sanctions

Abstract: Creative management is an interrelated system of creative methods, decisions and actions aimed at achieving or maintaining the optimal level of functioning and development of economy, boosting its efficiency and competitiveness. At the present stage, especially in conditions of economic and political sanctions, creative management serves as one of the most important factors in socio-economic development of the state. Formation of appropriate intellectual environment and the entire system of socio-economic relations encourage people to reveal their talents for creativity, generate new creative ideas and implement them successfully. In terms of sanctions, it is extremely important to solve the problem of activating creative potential of managers of all levels including senior executives, whose way of thinking should correspond to modern challenges and let them resolve the problems of economic development both at state level and the level of a single organization. Creative management will become the mechanism to release creative energy of an individual in the current socio-economic conditions.
