Methodological Approach to Quality Rating of HR-Processes’ Effectiveness in Organizations

Abstract: In the article the methodological approach to quality rating of HR-processes effectiveness in organizations is proposed. The dynamics of HRmetrics in an oil company according to the main areas of HR-processes is analysed. The results of the comparative evaluation of HR-functions’ effectiveness of the company under consideration and similar Russian organizations are presented.
