Managing the Integrity of Subjects of Production-Logistic Space

Abstract: The article defines the concept of production-logistic space, the subjects of which embrace industrial and logistic enterprises as well as supply chains. The author formulated a definition of enterprise relating to any form of ownership and configuration and underlining the role of the owner in building and maintaining the integrity. It is suggested to consider the concept “integrity of enterprise” as a complex manageable parameter forming specific competitive and technological features of an enterprise, its production capacity and the level of customer value of its products that result in economic efficiency of an enterprise. Dynamic correlation between the development of an industrial/logistic enterprise and customer value of its products and services is established. A logical scheme to manage the volume and customer value of products through controlling the integrity of an industrial or logistic enterprise is proposed. Components and levels of integrity are considered; objects of enterprise management from the viewpoint of the integrity concepts are examined.
